Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. LK988 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet sizes for any player without prior notice.
All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on LK988 use independently certified RNG software. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, player identity, account status, or bet size. RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for slot titles are theoretical long-run figures calculated over millions of game rounds.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or disconnection during an active game round, LK988 will attempt to settle the affected round using the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt platform availability. LK988 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
LK988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraud or money laundering is being facilitated through the account, or that continuing to offer services to the account holder would conflict with LK988's licensing obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting LK988 customer support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. LK988 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM 10 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which LK988 holds its international gaming licence (Curaçao). Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through LK988's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions of LK988's licensing jurisdiction.
